Eligibility

Assumption of Risk

Order Refusal & Cancellation
Peptide FIX reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to concerns about improper use, regulatory restrictions, product availability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Payment & Chargebacks
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the customer, Peptide FIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to future purchases and may pursue any remedies available under applicable law to recover losses, fees, or associated costs.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping, handling, and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the import, receipt, and use of products comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Due to the nature of research materials, certain products may not be eligible for return or refund except in cases of documented damage, defect, or error attributable to Peptide FIX.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Oklahoma, and the parties hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
