Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped only within the United States. Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside of Peptide FIX’s control are not the responsibility of Peptide FIX.

Cold-Chain & Packaging
Products are packaged securely to help protect integrity during transit. Certain items may require insulated packaging or cold packs depending on the nature of the product and prevailing weather conditions. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain product quality during shipment, Peptide FIX cannot guarantee that temperature-sensitive products will remain within a specific temperature range throughout transit.

Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Peptide FIX is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Signature Requirement
At Peptide FIX’s discretion, certain orders, including high-value or sensitive shipments, may require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is required and no one is available to receive the package, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange redelivery or pickup with the carrier.

Shipping Restrictions
Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes where prohibited by the carrier or applicable regulations. Additionally, certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local, state, or federal laws. Peptide FIX reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that cannot be shipped legally or safely to the requested destination.

Compliance Statement
All products supplied by Peptide FIX are intended strictly for laboratory research and analytical use only. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the receipt, handling, and use of research materials in their jurisdiction.
