Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return, you must contact Peptide FIX within a specified time frame from the date of delivery, as outlined in this policy or on the product page, if applicable. Proof of purchase may be required to process any return or refund request.

Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund. Due to the nature of research materials, Peptide FIX reserves the right to refuse returns on any item that appears to have been compromised, improperly stored, or handled in a manner inconsistent with standard laboratory practices.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Any damage, discrepancy, or incorrect item received must be reported to Peptide FIX within a reasonable time after delivery, typically within 3–5 business days. To assist with resolution, you may be asked to provide photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and product, as well as a description of the issue. If the claim is approved, Peptide FIX may, at its discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refund Process
Refunds are considered only after the returned product has been received and inspected by Peptide FIX. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, minus any applicable shipping charges, within a reasonable processing period. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on the part of Peptide FIX.

Chargebacks
Customers are required to contact Peptide FIX support to attempt to resolve any order or billing issues before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Unauthorized or unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of purchasing privileges and Peptide FIX reserves the right to dispute such chargebacks and seek recovery of associated costs.
